Round 3: GIA 2009: Goals-Influencing factors-Actions

• What’s the M-Team focusing on? Business in 2009. Formulate goals SMART
• How to communicate with the internal organisation: the ‘Galaxy Scheme’
• What does the M-Team do themselves and which cases are for other teams or departments.

II Program next day

Round 4: Team Role-Management (TRM):

- recognise your own team role and your colleagues one,

Franc Josquin has established his own company in 1999.
The core-competences are:
 

  • facilitating conferences, workshops or strategy meetings,
  • to execute an action-learning programme "Projectmanager Improving",
  • Riskmanagement, to build and carry out a preventive structure Safety-Health-Quality-Working Life and Environment,
  • Organizing and leading client/users-conferences, e.g. to start up Supply Chain management,
  • supporting  internal reorganisations: making the scenario, consulting the Steering Committee, active in the role of changemanager,
  • organisation analyses on the basis of lean Working andio-technique, identifying quick improvements and  carry them out with people in the organisation!
  • coaching of people in charge, while busy with their work 
  • teambuilding: scope - targets - competences & roles - working methods - mutual harmonisation of working relations
  • communication consult: set-up communication strategy and making current communication-plans, useful for calamity - or party'-scenario's,
  • halving the meeting hours: optimizing the tuning between the several departments,
    The working method is coordinated with the company. In principle Josquin uses an uncomplicated style, aimed at analysing matters together and going for the result.
