Franc Josquin has established his own company in 1999.
The core-competences are:
- facilitating conferences, workshops or strategy meetings,
- to execute an action-learning programme "Projectmanager Improving",
- Riskmanagement, to build and carry out a preventive structure
Safety-Health-Quality-Working Life and Environment,
- Organizing and leading client/users-conferences, e.g. to start up
Supply Chain management,
- supporting internal reorganisations: making the scenario,
consulting the
Steering Committee, active in the role of changemanager,
- organisation analyses on the basis of lean Working andio-technique,
identifying quick improvements and carry them out with people in the
organisation!
- coaching of people in charge, while busy with their work
- teambuilding: scope - targets - competences & roles -
working methods - mutual harmonisation of working relations
- communication consult: set-up communication strategy and making current
communication-plans, useful for calamity - or party'-scenario's,
- halving the meeting hours:

The working method is coordinated with the company. In principle Josquin uses an uncomplicated style, aimed at
analysing matters together and going for the result.
